Omr\u00e5det \u00e4r skyddat som nationalpark och best\u00e5r till st\u00f6rre delen av barrskog med tall och bergtall men har fortfarande \u00f6ppna dynlandskap med b\u00e5de levande vita dyner och gr\u00e4skl\u00e4dda gr\u00e5 dyner.
