attraktiva torg och bostadshus mitt i handelsomr\u00e5det. \u00c4ldre byggnader har bevarats och ger karakt\u00e4r \u00e5t omr\u00e5det med nya h\u00f6ga bostadshus som fungerande komplement. En g\u00e5ng och cykelv\u00e4g g\u00e5r genom kvarteret och det nya torget och ger r\u00f6relse och kopplingar till angr\u00e4nsande stadsdelar. F\u00f6r bes\u00f6kare i k\u00f6pcentret blir passagen \u00f6ver torget en angen\u00e4m \u00f6verraskning mellan galleriorna inomhus och h\u00e4r finns m\u00f6jlighet att sl\u00e5 sig ner p\u00e5 uteserveringar. Font\u00e4nerna bidrar till en trevlig ljudmilj\u00f6 och planteringarna ramar in platsen p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt. H\u00e4r finns en hel del sittm\u00f6jligheter och markbel\u00e4ggningen med tegel \u00e4r vackert.
