N\u00e4r man kommer fr\u00e5n parkeringen ovanf\u00f6r centret verkar det bara ha en v\u00e5ning och d\u00e5 man g\u00e5r in m\u00f6ts man av en entr\u00e9 med n\u00e5gra stora kartor \u00f6ver kusten och nationalparkerna i Japan samt en grupp med bord och stolar d\u00e4r man kan fika. Det finns ocks\u00e5 ett mindre rum intill. Men d\u00e5 man g\u00e5r ner en v\u00e5ning m\u00f6ts man av en v\u00e4ldigt h\u00e4ftig utst\u00e4llning med prismaformade v\u00e4ggar med bilder och bakgrundsbelysning samt texter. Mitt i salen finns en filmvisning med halvgenomskinliga draperier runt. Filmduken lutar och visar tv\u00e5 projektioner en p\u00e5 duken och en p\u00e5 golvet framf\u00f6r som g\u00f6ra att man upplever stort djup i filmerna. Det finns ett antal kuddar som liknar stora stenblock att sitta p\u00e5. Stolarna \u00e4r dock mjuka kuddar. H\u00e4r finns \u00e4ven ett bibliotek och en mysavdelning med kamin. Anl\u00e4ggningen har ytterligare tv\u00e5 mindre v\u00e5ningar under den stora salen med utrymme f\u00f6r laboration och utst\u00e4llning. Den branta sluttningen d\u00e4r centret ligger g\u00f6r att det \u00e4r drygt fyra v\u00e5ningar i nederkant men bara en mot parkeringen. Nedanf\u00f6r ligger hamnen med turistb\u00e5tar som \u00e5ker ut p\u00e5 turer l\u00e4ngs kusten och till de grotter som finns i strandkanten. H\u00e4r finns ocks\u00e5 m\u00e5nga vandringsleder p\u00e5 de skogskl\u00e4dda branter som str\u00e4cker sig l\u00e4ngs kusten. Bussf\u00f6rbindelser till stationen i Miyako som ligger ca 15 minuter bort. Det \u00e4r fullt m\u00f6jligt att promenera till omr\u00e5det fr\u00e5n stan p\u00e5 en halvtimma.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ekid.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/31032013-IMG_2396.jpg\"><img
