Nationalparken \u00e4r ca 10 mil l\u00e5ng och n\u00e5gon till n\u00e5gra mil bred. H\u00e4r finns fr\u00e4mst stora \u00f6ppna vass- och starrf\u00e4lt avbrutna av sumpskogar och buskmarker. Ett antal f\u00e5geltorn och str\u00f6vstigar har iordningsts\u00e4llts och det finns ocks\u00e5 m\u00f6jlighet att hyra kanot eller kajak och uppt\u00e4cka omr\u00e5det vattenv\u00e4gen.
