Omr\u00e5det \u00e4r 28 hektar och best\u00e5r av skogsmark d\u00e4r stora delar \u00e4r relativt ung produktionsskog med inslag av \u00e4ldre bokskog p\u00e5 relativt mager mark. N\u00e5gra partier har gamla bokar som visar sp\u00e5r av mer \u00f6ppet v\u00e4xts\u00e4tt i ett tidigare beteslandskap. Tyv\u00e4rr har invassiva arter b\u00f6rjat sprida sig fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdarna norr om skogen med bland annat parkslide. Gran f\u00f6ryngrar sig kraftigt i den \u00e4ldre bokskogen i norr. Omr\u00e5det har m\u00f6jlighet att utveckla h\u00f6ga naturv\u00e4rden genom restaurering och veteranisering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
