Omr\u00e5det \u00e4r \u00e4ven v\u00e4rldsarv och ing\u00e5r i ett n\u00e4tverk av v\u00e4rldsarv med gamla bokskogar i Europa. Omr\u00e5det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att bes\u00f6ka fr\u00e5n Sverige och ligger n\u00e4ra f\u00e4rjel\u00e4get Sassnitz endast fyra timmar fr\u00e5n Trelleborg. I nationalparken finns ett stort antal vandringsleder och ett fint informationscenter vid K\u00f6nigstuhl vid den h\u00f6gsta kalkklippan mitt i nationalparken. Parkering finns vid tv\u00e5 platser i nationalparken och det \u00e4r n\u00e5gra kilometer att g\u00e5 till kusten och informationscentret. I centret f\u00e5r man m\u00f6jlighet att g\u00e5 gruppvis med h\u00f6rlurar och l\u00e4ra sig om omr\u00e5dets geologi och natur. F\u00e4rden b\u00f6rjar med en hiss ner i k\u00e4llarv\u00e5ningen och sedan r\u00f6r man sig genom centrets olika rum med modern och pedagogisk information.<\/p>\n<p><a
