H\u00e4r finns ett informationscenter som ber\u00e4ttar om naturen i den \u00f6stra delen av nationalparken. Centret ligger n\u00e4ra onsenbyn Kawayu och har en naturstig som str\u00e4cker sig till svavelk\u00e4llorna vid berget Iou v\u00e4ster om Kawayu. Sj\u00e4lva centret ligger vackert i skogsomgivningar och best\u00e5r av en avl\u00e5ng byggnad. H\u00e4r finns en st\u00f6rre utst\u00e4llningshall, en butik, l\u00e4sh\u00f6rna, f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningssal, lektionsrum f\u00f6r skolor och en \u00f6ppen andra v\u00e5ning f\u00f6r utst\u00e4llningar.
